Fitness Exercise to Beautify Your Neck

The simple office fitness exercise is the best choose for office ladies, who stay in office all day long. Now, we introduce an office exercise for you, including abdomen exercise and lower leg exercise, it can also help you get a boob job.

Exercise 3: Beautify your neck

Step 1: Take a stable chair, sit well, raise your heels slightly,breathe in and lift your chest, modulate your breath, open your arms beside your body, shrink your abdomen and straighten your back,

Step 2: Breathe in, move your arms from outside to inside, from elixir field to top, and face to face in the front of you.

Step 3: Continue to raise your arms, and open arms over your head, raise your head and lift the chest, extend your neck, bring your heel raise slightly.

Step 4: Breathe in, put down your arms, extend your arms backward, keep your head upward, shrink your abdomen, maintain 5 seconds, then return to start positure.

Times: 5 groups per day
