5 Kinds of Diet Tea

Here introduce everybody a set of recipes to lose weight, that is, 5 kinds of diet tea and their making ways.

1. Lavender Tea
Effect: protect skin and remove oil
Making ways:

1. Boil the water and put into lavender tea leaves, then boil 3-5 minutes.
2. After the water cools, add honey to it, then drink.

2. Fig Tea
Effect: improve constipation
Materials: 50 grams dry figs, some candy

Making ways:
Squash the figs and put into potinfuse for 5 minutes with boiling water, then add proper candy to it.

3. Aloe Tea
Effect: be good for the stomach and intestines.
Making ways:
Wash fresh aloe, remove its stings, slice it and put into pot to boil until the leaves become yellow, add some candy or honey, or stew soup with spareribs.

4. Fruit Tea
Effect: remove toxin and protect skin, get rid of speckle and whiten skin.
Materials: 1 apple, 1 lemon, 2 green tea balls, 1 spoon of honey
Making ways:
1. Clean the apple and slice into the scraps.
2. Slice the lemon and press out the juice.
3. Add water into the pot to boil the apple scraps until they are soft.
4. Put into the tea balls, honey, lemon juice, mix evenly and drink.
Tip: soak green tea balls for 2-3 minutes; otherwise the fruit tea will be bitter.

5. Sugarcane and red radish juice
Effect: Clean intestines and help digestion
Materials: 1 sugarcane, 1 red radish
Making ways: Slice the sugarcane and red radish into pieces and boil together.
