1. Go hungry

2. Don't eat breakfast
Breakfast is very important to us; it can accelerate metabolism. Within 8 hours after breakfast, your body's fat will consume quickly. If you ignore breakfast, metabolism will be destructed, and you can imagine its consequence.

3. Eat like wolves and tigers
Your cerebrum can tell you whether you are full. Unfortunately, there is 20 minutes' delay between the relation of cerebrum and body. That is, only after 20 minutes you are full, will you feel it. More quickly you eat more food you take in, because your cerebrum has no opportunity to tell you fullness.
4. Lack water
Metabolism needs water. Lacking water will cause you to put on weight. Under normal condition, a person should drink at least eight cups of water every day!

5. Often attend dinner
Most of us often attend the dinner, such as marriage banquet, friends' parties. The experts think this would be an important reason which causes your obesity. Nowadays, it is popular to eat 5-6 times each day. By this method, you'll consume 10% calories more than before. Therefore it will be quite easy for you to lose weight if you form this loss weight diet habit.

6. Sugar and caffeine
Eating the food that contains too much sugar will cause the body to produce excessive insulin, and the insulin will have negative influence on metabolism. Similar to sugar, caffeine will raise blood sugar level and reduce the speed of consuming fat. Therefore, if you really want to lose weight, please keep far away from sugar and caffeine.
